Sid grew up in a family of seven in the small town of Bowling Green, Virginia. After high school, he traveled for several years through more than twenty countries. Upon returning to the States, Sid worked a number of jobs before deciding to become a full time writer. His love for novels began when he was a teenager, and he decided then that he wanted to become a fiction writer someday.
