You will be provided with succinct model answers which prepare you to respond to interview questions powerfully and maintain the interest of the interviewer. This book is for those serious about improving their job prospects and willing to make the commitment to growing their careers by becoming better interviewers. In previous years, if you were well qualified for a job, it is likely that you would receive strong consideration as a candidate. The job market has changed drastically. You have to "sell yourself" more effectively than the competition. This book gives you the inside track. From the entry-level recent college graduate to the C-Suite executive, you need to understand what an interviewer is looking for in today's market and effectively sell yourself in a limited amount of time. This book contains all of the tough questions that you dread. You will learn to overcome challenging questions, such as those related to an inconsistent work history or multiple career changes. Additionally, this book contains multiple questions that will assist you in talking your way into a higher salary rate without scaring away a potential employer. Lavie Margolin, a noted Career Coach, draws on his experience in working with hundreds of hiring managers and recruiters and thousands of job seekers in providing you with the strategy and answers that you need to succeed. He has made them happy every time by sending well polished job seekers who were up to the challenge of the interview. Lavie is one of those rare people who actually enjoys interviewing for a job and is always up for the challenge. He will share with you everything you need to know to become just as comfortable and enjoy the process while you are laying the groundwork for career success. Lavie is a real thought leader when it comes to career coaching and careers in general. His book Winning Answers provides so much more than 500 great answers to tough interview questions. It provides a philosophy of thinking about the interviewer's needs, and teaches job seekers how to be honest but strategic. It's a real "winning answer"! - Donald Asher, author of Who Gets Promoted, Who Doesn't, and Why: 12 Things You'd Better Do If You Want to Get Ahead This book is really useful. I have it on my tablet.
