The book deals with problems and situations that affect people's everyday lives. It concentrates on practical questions that arise in the real world rather than on abstract legal theories. It does, however, aim to equip you to deal more confidently with your legal advisors, by giving you an accurate grasp of the legal fundamental and the principles which underlie them.
