This semi-advanced harmonica lesson for your C harp is a 24-page cd booklet that notates and accompanies the fully indexed 74 minute CD lesson. The audio lesson consists of an enhanced review of basic harp skills, plus note-for-note instruction of advanced riffs and familiar melodies, and split track jams with Jon's MIDI band, the "Cross Harp Conspiracy."

As always with Gindick's treaching products, this lesson attempts to work on many levels--from mid-beginner through advanced -intermediate, and has lots of good music for inspiration as well as slow, patient instruction on riffs and techniques.

There is much instruction on great amplified tone as wellas playing accoustically.

The songs you will master (including the riffs and concepts that allow you to improvise) include "Red River Valley", "Home on the Range", "Frankie and Johnny", "This Train", "Bill Bailey", "Old Smokey", "Oh! Each song comes with stereo split track band accompaniment that lets you adjust the balance to eliminate the sound of the harmonica and jam with the band, or eliminate the band to better study the harmonica. Every riff, technique and song is presented in slow motion example with verbal notation.
