Reseña del editor:
Nothing is more important than a troubled mind. If you lack peace of mind, it doesn't matter how much money you have, how valuable your work is, how good your relationships are, how highly others think of you, how excellent your health is, or anything else. All that really matters is calming your troubled mind. By showing you how to do that and explaining how emotions work, HOW TO STOP EMOTIONAL EATING will teach you how to undermine emotional eating by eliminating its cause, which is an emotionally troubled mind. One chapter explains how to eat well, but the whole rest of the book is devoted to helping you do a lot better emotionally.
