American design company Wolf-Gordon celebrates 50 years in business with its first book, a lively and visually stunning compendium of product design (wallcovering and textile design), creative projects, showrooms, and branded materials. The company is particularly known for its collaborations with international creative minds Laurinda Spear, Karim Rashid, Petra Blaisse on imaginatively patterned and coloured wallcovering. An AIGA Gold Medalist, she has written numerous books and articles on design. Paul Makovsky is the editorial director of Metropolis magazine. He has collaborated on numerous art and design exhibitions and is currently writing a biography of Florence Knoll. He was a Smithsonian Fellow at the Cooper Hewitt.
