He is the author of several books. Carol Wilson writes for a number of publications in the UK, Ireland and USA. She is especially interested in regional recipes and culinary traditions throughout the world. Her books include Gypsy Feast: Recipes and Traditions of the Romany People and (with Lord Bradford) the highly successful Porters English Cookery Bible, Ancient & Modern.
